As can be seen from the above self-awareness summary, my top three areas of interest are in Artistic, Conventional and Enterprising careers. This means that I problem solve using routines, my creativity and taking risks.
My main skills are my adaptability to unforeseen situations, leading teams, managing myself, solving problems, planning and organising projects and networking with others to create communities of like minded individuals that can support each other.
The skills I actively work on improving are my analysis skills, decision making, computer literacy, working under pressure, mentoring others and researching.
This summary helps in showcasing my self-awareness whilst also serving as a guide to help direct me in future decision making in relation to careers I want to follow.
